What to expect at your appointment

Before your appointment

• All payments must be made online prior to the appointment.

• Cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice.

Please Note:  For hypnosis changes to be effective, you must be at threshold. 

Threshold - Are you at the point where you realise your behaviour is holding you back, and are you ready to change that? Being at the threshold is a strong need to change yourself. Almost like your life depends on it. If you try to change because others, such as a spouse, friends and colleagues push you, then you are not at threshold. “It is you who really must want and desire the change and improvement in your life”.

The day of your face to face appointment

• Please do not arrive early; there is no waiting room, and sufficient time is needed to clean and prepare the room for each client.

• The room is spacious and very comfortable.

• Bottled water is provided.

• Hand sanitiser is available for use.

• Please note if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the session will not proceed.

Online Platforms

Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom.

Fees: Two Sessions £180.00.

Additional information

Further session can be arranged at consultation.

Each Hypnotherapy Treatment lasts for 50-90 minutes, and email followup/telephone call to ensure that everything is going according to plan.
